Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Position Summary:

Under general supervision but required to carry out general tasks unsupervised, this position performs a variety of duties under the inventory control process. These duties include routine cycling counts of physical inventory and interaction with other departments, who we consider to be our customers. The Inventory clerk will operate in a motivated and respectful environment. An ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, would be punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Daily inventory cycle counting

· Receiving and processing incoming material

· Verbal, written, and electronic communication with internal customers

· Make component kits for the production line

· Maintain ISO and other quality standards to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

· Perform other related duties and tasks as required

Education & Experience:

· Graduated from an accredited high school or obtained a G.E.D. Certificate.

· Inventory/stockroom experience preferable.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Quality and precision focused

· Capable of working under pressure to achieve deadlines while maintaining safe work environment

· Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

· Ability to work independently and/or operate as a member of a team effectively

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

· No smoking within eight (8) feet of building

· Normal manufacturing conditions

· Must be able to stand for extended periods (6-7 hours) of time

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform routine inventory tasks

Work Schedule:

· Hourly position

· 40-hour work week

· 8-hour shift

· Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
