Sentara is looking for an RN Case Manager to work with our Sentara Home Care Elizabeth City team.
Sentara Home Care located in Elizabeth City has an opening for a Registered Nurse. The preferred candidate will have home health experience or 2 years of medical-surgical experience in bedside care. The RN is supported by our home care team.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
