***Cardiac Tech for Electrophysiology (EP) Lab***

This is a Full time position with day shift hours located in Norfolk, VA

Excellent opportunity for a Nursing Care Partner, Patient Care Tech, or Ed Tech to advance their skills.

Job Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Required: BLS
• Preferred: 1-2 years of patient care experience
• Preferred: EKG Holter Monitor Hook-up Experience
• Preferred: Cardiographic Tech Certificate (CCT)
• Required: On-the-job Training

Position Overview

Aids physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of heart, lung and blood vessel disorders by conducting invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems; maintaining equipment and recording test results.

The Cardiac Technician will assist staff in the EP Laby. Cardiac Tech will prep patient for procedures done in the EP Lab.
