This position is remote.
Must live in Northern VA or Maryland.
Achieve assigned profitable growth objectives. Manage account relationships, persistency, and profitability of assigned small and mid-market book of business. Manage interaction with general agents, brokers, benefit administrators, members and internal resources as needed to achieve assigned goals. Enhance relationships with, and productivity of, assigned broker channel through day-to-day activities. Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals. Present to and communicate with decision makers and key influencers. Conduct member education sessions as requested. Serve as subject matter expert and mentor others.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Related experience 5 years with bachelor's or
- Related experience 9 years with high school diploma
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must obtain a L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 90 days of hire
