What are the responsibilities and job description for the TL, APC position at Sentara?
The Team Lead, APP assumes responsibility and accountability for the daily operations, coordination of work, quality, and service of the APP team. Works closely with Physician Liaison and/or Practice Director to develop, implement and maintain clinical and programmatic mission of APCs to achieve service line goals and objectives. Oversees the operations of APC program and coordinates activities in both ambulatory and inpatient settings. Has supervisory responsibilities for both clinical and administrative needs of the practice under direction of Physician Liaison/Practice Director. Will coordinate report generation and assist in data analysis. The TL, APP is expected to participate in the quality assurance and improvement activities, engage in member of the team activities, and use resources (human and material) appropriately.
Maintain continuing education credits of at least 30hrs/year.
