Machine Repair
Chesterfield, MI
Company is a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier of manufactured parts for the automotive, aircraft and military industries
Shift : 1st and 3rd Shift Available
Pay Rate : Up to $32 / hr
Job Duties Include :
Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs of production stamping presses and auxiliary equipment during production.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, and also wiring schematics.
Building maintenance.
Machining as required.
Weld and fabricate as needed.
Proficient use of industrial hand and shop tools to complete tasks, especially a multimeter.
Demonstrate good work practices to complete jobs timely, accurately, and above all, safely.
Communicate and interact efficiently and effectively with all levels of employees within the company and vendors.
Requirements :
Must be able to obtain a Powered Industrial License (hi-lo) to perform job duties.
Experience with Minster presses and Wayne Trail transfer units a plus.
