Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lender. As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for underwriting and evaluating loan applications, providing exceptional member service, specializing in Small Business loans, managing financial portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulations and lending policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential borrowers.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that are beneficial for this role include:
- Experience in commercial lending
- Experience with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans
- Knowledge of loan origination software
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
