What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cloud Solution Architect position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for building, managing and maintaining our private cloud environment. You will participate in client meetings to define client issues and business/IT requirements, identify and define technology solutions then work with our team to implement. This is a full time position based in our Downers Grove, IL location with the ability to work remote from any location nationwide.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, rollout and support experience with complex unified communications systems is required.
- Must have expertise with Data Center Migrations
- Veeam and/or Zerto experience strongly preferred
Experience working with tools and services in the areas of Cloud orchestration, configuration management, monitoring, log aggregation and other associated service areas
- Must have the ability to define client needs and explain technical concepts to stakeholders
- Strong experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be currently working in a similar position
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
