Responsibilities
Sentinel is seeking a Solutions Architect to one of our strategic partners in Chicago downtown. The Enterprise Data Solutions Architect performs a lead role in the design of a data environment that to support the organization problems. This role will represent the organization, and likely work with a Data Solutions product company and a Solutions. Additionally, you will migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions. This is a contract to hire role and can work remote with occasional support onsite at Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- PMP Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with Enterprise Data Systems implementations required
- Minimum seven (7) years of related experience required
- At least seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology, preferred
- Experience in Education (K-12) program work, preferred
- Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Analyst or similar role
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles
- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
- Expertise in SQL and ETL tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, D3.js and R)
- Knowledgeable about Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Technical Architecture
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
