What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician position at Sentinel?

Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Technician you will provide support and assist with lifecycle management of computers, imaging peripherals and mobile devices. You will work directly with end users to help troubleshoot their devices and escalating issues as needed. This is a 1 week contract opportunity that is able to be worked 100% remote.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting the maintenance of hardware and software strongly preferred
  • Reimaging experience preferred
  • Documentation and inventory experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
