What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helpdesk Agent Level 1 position at Sentinel?
Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for a Helpdesk Agent to join our client. This candidate must have good listening and documenting skills. The ideal candidate will be able to guide non-technical on-site staff through troubleshooting sessions. This position requires the ability to work with phone, email, and online tickets to resolve basic issues. The schedule for this role is Monday- Friday 9am/10am- 5pm/6pm. This is direct hire/ full time reporting onsite at our client location in Mesa, AZ.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of advancing IT HD experience is required
- Minimum A certification
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with provided helpdesk scripts
- Ability to troubleshoot Network Issues and Wifi issues
- Ability to uninstall applications
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- Basic understanding of Office 365 applications and user rights
- Experience with supporting Windows 10
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
