IT Specialist

Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for an IT Specialist to join our client. The ideal candidate would be responsible for resolving end-issues, help desk and troubleshooting hardware issues. This person would assist with onboarding and offboarding users. This position does require an on-call rotation schedule.  This is a contract to hire position reporting to our client site in Bensenville, IL.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Experience with Active Directory
• Able to maintain accurate documentation
• Experience with repair of computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices
• Excellent communication and customer service
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
