What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes. Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items. Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station. Serve menu items compliant with established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations. Collaborate with chefs to plan training times and develop new menu items. What it Takes High School or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of related work experience Ability to obtain WI Food Handlers License Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility Ability to multi-tsk and able to follow written or verbal instructions Maintain open availability and be flexible to accommodate business needs on nights, weekends and holidays What You'll Receive We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests and we want to provide you with a similar experience.
