Your role at Sephora:
As a Coordinator, Services, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of the Studio within a specific Sephora location. You will manage the client experience as well as provide feedback to the employees who provide services at the Studio and are also expected to perform services on clients as needed. In addition, you will:
- Drive client bookings & engagement with services, classes & events
- Ensure employees are engaging clients with our innovative digital tools that complement their shopping experience at the studio
- Support all store events. Work with the Services Manager and Brand & Events Coordinator to ensure that all events are planned and staffed appropriately to maximize both client learning and sales opportunities for the store
- Work with all store Brand Representatives to schedule visits to the store to train and coach employees on their products
- Understand store goals, opportunities and trends

- One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Ability to demonstrate strong client service skills
- Handle and apply cosmetic products to clients
- Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
