IT Infrastructure and Modernization Program Manager

Serco has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven IT Infrastructure and Modernization Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing technological capabilities. Your combination of technical expertise, program management skills, and leadership capabilities will drive IT infrastructure modernization projects. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in managing complex programs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-wide IT initiatives with large Federal Civilian agency. This position is based out of the Atlanta Georgia Metro area reporting to the VP of Federal and Civilian agencies. Successful candidates must be willing to undergo a background investigation and able to gain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in managing complex enterprise-wide IT infrastructure programs for large Civilian Agencies strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, technologies, and modernization strategies to include Service Now.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience managing large teams to include vendors and subcontractor effectively and direct resources as needed.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, think critically, and drive results.
- Public Trust Clearance.
