Job Title: WIOA Lead - Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as a WIOA Lead - Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, coordination, and delivery of programs and services associated with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). The WIOA Lead - Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all program requirements are met and that participants receive the necessary assistance and support to achieve their employment and training goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partner organizations, including local government agencies, educational institutions, and community-based organizations.
2. Coordinate the overall implementation of WIOA programs, including monitoring compliance with all federal and state regulations.
3. Identify and assess the needs of program participants and develop individualized service plans to address their employment and training goals.
4. Provide guidance and support to program participants in navigating available resources and services, including education and training opportunities, job search assistance, and supportive services.
5. Collaborate with employers to develop and promote work-based learning opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships for program participants.
6. Oversee and administer the process of determining participant eligibility for WIOA programs, including conducting intake interviews and verifying documentation.
7. Coordinate the collection and analysis of data to measure program outcomes and report on program performance to funding agencies.
8. Develop and deliver training programs for staff and partner organizations to ensure compliance with program requirements and the provision of quality services to participants.
9. Stay abreast of changes in federal and state regulations related to workforce development and adjust program strategies and services accordingly.
10. Attend workshops, conferences, and meetings to network and share information with professionals in the field of workforce development.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, preferred.
2. Experience in workforce development, specifically in the implementation and coordination of WIOA programs or related programs.
3. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing workforce development programs, including WIOA.
4. Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Experience in providing coaching, counseling, and supportive services to individuals seeking employment.
7. Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with the ability to use technology for reporting and program evaluation purposes.
8. Knowledge of labor market trends, local industries, and employment opportunities.
9. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
