Patient Assessment Coordinator
Serenity is seeking a Patient Assessment Coordinator for our Provo, UT office. In this role, you get the opportunity to connect with patients and be part of Serenity’s mission, helping patients take back their life! As a Patient Assessment Coordinator, you will primarily be helping patients understand the lifesaving benefits of medication, TMS, and Ketamine.

What You’ll Do
- Provide the highest level of patient care through compassion and understanding.
- Gather, review, and verify all pertinent information in relation to the patient and their visit.
- Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient’s care.
- Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
- Educate our patients on the treatment options Serenity provides.
- Assist providers with any other relevant duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations.
- 1 year of experience in a full-time customer service role.

Job: Full-time (3 13-hour shifts)
Location: Provo, UT
Office Hours: Monday-Friday: 6 am-8 pm, Saturday: 7 am-7 pm
