Serenity Mental Health Centers is hiring a Patient Care Advocate for our Lakewood, Colorado clinic. The primary responsibility for our PCAs is to connect with our patients and provide them with compassion, understanding and accurate information on the various treatment options available. An ideal candidate will connect our patients to treatments they need to take back their lives and will thrive in a positive, results-driven environment. - Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient facing role
- Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
- Passion for helping others in a patient-centric culture.

Serenity Mental Health Centers was born in 2017 when our founders Ben and Tricia Pease, and Julie and Dr. Tripp realized they needed to change mental healthcare to provide a patient-first culture. We offer innovative treatments for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD and more. Serenity has helped thousands of patients take back their lives from mental illness with specialized clinical expertise and the foremost cutting-edge technology available in mental health today.
