The HR Coordinator will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality while supporting various HR functions including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. This role reports to HR but will also support the CEO and Executive team as needed. Adaptability, computer literacy, and a customer service orientation are essential attributes for success in this role.

Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records

• Schedule meetings and maintain the CEO’s monthly calendar

• Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events, including conference registrations, hotel accommodations, and airfare bookings

• Assist employees with general HR questions

• Process and manage training requests to ensure employee development initiatives run smoothly

• Prepare packets and materials for Board meetings and retreats

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations for staff and patients, utilizing UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, and Regular USPS Mail services

• Tracking and reporting of sensitive employee information

• Facilitate seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes, which include scheduling and conducting employee meetings and meticulous tracking

• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee data and generating insightful reports as needed

• Create employee badges and Door plaques

• Filing and employee record maintenance

• Perform other duties as assigned by the President/CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to organizational success

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma

• College experience a plus

• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook a plus.

• Experience in UKG

• 2 or more years in Human Resources or as an Executive Assistant
