We are seeking an individual for the full-time role of Front Desk Manager to perform a variety of administrative and sales support tasks. This individual will work with members of the Sales Team to create and send sales process documents to potential clients. You will coordinate front desk activities, including taking and redirecting inbound phone calls related to sales and customer service. Multitasking and stress management skills are a must.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Support the sales department with quote, license agreement, bid preparation
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Report website traffic and downloaded content to sales
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers & scanners)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Location: Onalaska, WI
Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 starting, Depending on experience
