We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to train customers on software packages in both face to face and remote scenarios. 

You Will:

• Conduct training sessions either on-site, via webinar, or at client locations for iOFFICE/SpaceIQ software suite
• Conduct technical training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to assigned projects, procedures, workflow, reports, and understanding job-specific functions and tasks
• Create and maintain instructor materials such as custom training manuals
• Maintain technical knowledge of applications by reviewing and understanding enhancements released
• Demonstrate our software to trainees and software administrators
• Build short proofs of concepts to show product capabilities

You Have:

• 1 yrs experience training experience
• Facilities management or other IWMS experience
• Archibus experience is highly preferred
• CS degree, coding or programming experience very helpful
• The ability to work within US or Australia time zones
• Auto CAD or Revit experience is a big
• Experience with Curriculum development, training, strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 30% as required
