Serve First Solutions is looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented, and experienced Front Desk Coordinator, who can perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Promptly answer phone calls, and forward calls to personnel or department
- Greet and welcome guests, as well as escort them to the appropriate party
- General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and outgoing mail
- Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and packages
- Maintain both digital and hard copy filing systems
- Miscellaneous report and database management
- Orders receive and maintain an office, break room, and janitorial supplies
- Setup, break down, and organize break areas and conference rooms
- Assist in onboarding of new hires
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and team building activities
- Performs other clerical duties as needed
- Adhere to company mission, vision, and guiding principals
Qualifications and Skills
- Professional phone manner with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem assessment and problem-solving
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment (Ex: fax, printer, etc)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in teams
