Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Rep

Our flagship location in Brea, CA is hiring for a Comfort Advisor/ Outside Sales Rep. The successful candidate must have proven sales abilities, strong work ethic, dedication, great people skills and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, field position where you have high earning potential, and report to the Sales Manager. There is no cap on commissions and we set you up for success with paid training, a company vehicle, tablet, cell phone & uniform. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers.
• Present customer purchasing options including financing.
• Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
• Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team. 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Minimum 2 years sales experience (Preferred)
• Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment.
• Excellent communications skills
• Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service.
• Some college or technical school education preferred.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

WORK CONDITIONS: 

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)
• Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time.
• Moderate exposure to physical risk
• Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance.
