What are the responsibilities and job description for the Representative, Client Services position at Service Champions Inc?
We have an immediate need for Client Services Representative in our fast-paced call center.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive high volume of inbound calls
- Make outbound calls
- Quickly identify client needs and efficiently provide the best solution
- Use critical thinking skills to problem solve while using best judgement
- Express empathy and compassion
- Self-motivated
- Effectively summarize and relay information
- Data entry
- Work independently
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in a high volume call center
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Type minimum of 45 wpm
- Ability to sit at a desk majority of shift
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen

Work Conditions:
- Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
- Project timelines and deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as well as lift, carry, and/or move up to 25lbs
- Ability to work in a noisy work environment
