We are seeking an experienced SDR Manager to join our amazing team who are dedicated to helping small businesses flourish. The SDR Manager needs to be a strong sales leader who is an expert coach and mentor, and has a track record of producing results via outbound sales channels (and if you've also managed inbound teams, that's a huge bonus).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-producing SDR team, and in doing so exceeding new business pipeline targets
- Assisting in the recruiting, staffing and training to grow and maintain the SDR team
- Formulating and executing on monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Assisting SDR team with cold calls and inbound calls
- Inspiring and leading a dynamic and fast paced SDR team
- Coaching and providing feedback to the SDR team in the areas of sales/personal development, direction and focus
- Conducting weekly forecast review and quarterly progress review sessions with each representative
- Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards
- Driving ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient
- Assisting in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives
- Teaching and coaching SDRs to manage their lead sets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least one year of sales management experience to be considered for this position (will consider team lead if it involved significant coaching and people management)
- Extremely results oriented leader who also likes to have fun
- Proven ability to select and manage high performing salespeople and teams (We want to see your results!)
- Excellent team building and management skills
- Experience leading a team of SDRs for a SaaS company
- Strong working knowledge of sales metrics and reporting best practices
- Experience with SFDC and multiple sales enablement tools
- The ability to make effective decisions under pressure and to manage consequences
- Working knowledge of SaaS company operating models
- Ability to succinctly and respectfully communicate priorities and results
- Sense of urgency appropriate for a start-up environment
- Ability to translate business objectives to work tasks
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Direct sales experience on a highly leveraged compensation model
- Experience with lead qualification and lead management strategy and execution
