What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Service Management Systems?
The Marketing Coordinator will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services.
- Assists in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop existing and new branding messages.
- Participate in team meetings (brainstorms, planning sessions, etc.). Collaborates with leadership team members on projects and initiatives, both new and existing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, implimentations and often varying workloads.
- Assists in the development and executes site specific collateral for new and existing marketing campaigns.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Assits in the development and distribution of the social media materials related to sales, culture, new initiatives, training, communications and marketing.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing managers and potential clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
