Getting into commission based sales can be intimidating so we're offering $17-19/hr (based on experience) as a base rate for the first 4 weeks, a 50-50 base pay/commission split in weeks 5-6 before transitioning to full commission! This gives you time to comfortably learn the role and start closing sales without the immediate pressure to perform!

What Will I Do?

• Follow up on unsold opportunities by our sales team to solidify new deals
• Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in Service Titan
• Prepare activity and reclaimed revenue reports for daily meetings
• Work directly with the Sales Manager to reach department goals
• Overcome objections by demonstrating the value of the personalized quote for the customer
• Process financing applications and coordinating with our install managers to schedule work
• Other tasks as assigned by the team.

What Does It Take?

• 1 year of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in the residential services industry
