Position Summary: The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory. Summary of Essential Position Functions:
Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
Train and support employees at each facility to ensure clear responsibilities and thorough work inspections.
Completing daily scheduled inspections as per the detailed schedule.
Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
It is important to maintain the inventory in the building by ordering necessary supplies when required.
Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
Performing other duties as assigned
Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Education/Credentials:
2-3 years Janitorial Experience
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
2-3 years of previous supervisor experience required
Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Experience in a service environment is preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: Evening shift
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Experience:

Supervising: 1 year (Required)
