People Support Specialist
ServiceMaster Brands is looking for a talented People Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Department by establishing reporting tools and standard and ad hoc reporting. They will conduct data analysis to identify and recommend actions to support HR priorities. The role will also work closely with team members and management to facilitate HR-related tasks, maintain records, and contribute to a positive work environment.
What you'll do:
- Analyze and define areas of improvement for the organization to increase performance, reinforce corporate culture, and positively impact both HR and the business.
- Create and maintain ServiceMaster Brands organizational charts.
- Analyze functional needs that drive reporting solutions. Collect, verify, and analyze data. Prepares and communicates results.
- Maintain a current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
- Develop and support a variety of custom HR reports and dashboards.
- Administer current or future HRIS system processes, workflows, reporting, and configuration.
- Be responsible for adding and training new hires on corporate systems.
- Input all status changes to team member HRIS profiles such as changes from full-time to part-time, promotions, job changes, manager changes, comp changes, etc.
- Process terminations to include notifications to IT to terminate access, update tracking sheets, complete Separation Notices, and send team member notification emails.
- Work with HR and Operations to design and develop functional specifications to build reports and define user data needs.
- Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of analytical tools, technology, and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual aids designed to educate, inform, and influence the decisions of HR partners and business leaders within Aftermath.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR digital and hard files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Process HR incoming mail correspondence and take appropriate actions. Responds to employment verifications.
- Answer team member requests from the HR email box/chat box.
- Respond to requests for HR-related information from within and outside ServiceMaster Brands
- Help drive employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and training efforts.
- Collaborate and support the HR Leadership Team
- Support and champion change within the organization.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration in new and current HR initiatives.
- Assists with other HR duties or projects as assigned.
What you will bring:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
