Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and business partners in the Alliances & Channel Partner Solution Consulting (SC) organization, including supporting monthly and quarterly business review content
- Partner with Alliances & Channel Partner Solution Consulting leadership on business planning, strategy and process improvement for their respective sales areas
- Support the annual quota and territory alignment process and collaborate across sales operations to help scale the process with ServiceNow’s growth
- Provide operational support for all layers of Alliances & Channel Partner Solution Consulting management to onboard/off board SCs onto sales compensation plans.
- Assist in the development of annual expense budgets and monthly forecasting process for the Alliances & Channel Partner Solution Consulting organization; including headcount tracking, presentation of data, analysis of results, and identification of initiatives to improve expense leverage
- Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive investments and resources to high ROI pre-sales activities
- Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales finance and business operations initiatives
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 6 years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
- Highly analytical, fact driven, process orientated, but comfortable challenging the status quo and setting new strategic/operational direction
- Experience driving results through extended and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Advanced experience in MS excel; Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, and SAP applications a plus.

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
