The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative people program strategies that enhance our company culture, support a hybrid workplace, and drive employee engagement and well-being. This role is an integral part of ServiceTrade and the overall wellbeing, success, and retention of our employees. Location/Work Environment: This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office presence three times a week. You must currently reside in (or plan to relocate at your own expense) to the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Program Strategy and Execution:
    • Create and execute people program strategies and goals that focus on culture, high-performing teams, hybrid workplace engagement, well-being, and employee recognition.
    • Define, plan, execute, and maintain all aspects of various people programs including communication planning, mitigating risks, documentation, training, and overall change management.
    • Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Culture Driver:
    • Ensure hybrid programs promote a sense of belonging and connectivity among all employees, remote and in-person.
    • Act as a role model and culture ambassador to drive our unique culture through company programs, internal communications, and employee engagement.
    • Work closely with the Senior Manager, People Operations to ensure a seamless and culturally consistent employee experience.
  • Employee Events Ownership:
    • Create, manage and coordinate company outings and events and organize team communications in support of ServiceTrade culture and enterprise values.
    • Act as the lead on company-wide multi-day employee events, including our annual ServiceTrade Dayz.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics and measure program effectiveness.
    • Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and enhance future initiatives.
  • Communication and Change Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure clear and consistent communication to foster understanding and support for new programs.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • B.S. in a relevant field; 4 years of progressive experience working in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Program Management related fields.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing people program strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, and prioritize change management and communication strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with a focus on employee well-being and engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to juggle several projects with a spirit of flexibility and positive outlook.
  • Possess a high level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information with discretion.
