Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to provide excellent support to our sales team. This role will work across multiple departments throughout the organization to ensure accurate billing, shipping/receiving, inventory and customer satisfaction as it pertains to each sales order.
Logistics Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Print shipping labels for daily shipments
- Physically pick, prepare, and package items for outbound shipments
- Process all inbound and outbound orders as trucks arrive and depart warehouse
- Inventory control and parts ordering
- Receive & process sales orders
- Check orders and invoices for accuracy
- Contact clients/salesperson/techs and/or project manager to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Update sales and inventory records
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate billing and sales commissions
Logistics Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a Logistics/Sales Coordinator or in an Administrative/Accounting role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service, organization & multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
- Experience with logistics/billing/and shipping/receiving
- Able to lift/pack & un-pack boxes up to 25lbs
- Able to clearly follow written directions according to customer Service Level Agreements
- Able to understand the inventory management/fulfillment process
- Must be able to learn and work in multiple systems for order processing, billing and inventory
Drug/Alcohol free environment with Random Drug Testing: Candidates must be able to pass a drug test prior to employment and random testing. Non-Smoking office & grounds.
