Job Summary
We are seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to engineering instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Use hand tools for soldering, fabricating, and machining tasks
- Test assembled products using an ohmmeter
- Ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards
- Operate power tools for assembly tasks
- Work with electrical components to assemble finished products
Experience
- Previous experience in electronic assembly is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and an ohmmeter
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes
- Knowledge of soldering techniques
- Ability to fabricate and machine parts as needed
- Understanding of electrical components and assembly procedures
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
