Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer setups from the time contract is received to final billing.
• Work with Project Managers and technicians to ensure installations are completed on time.
• Internal coordination and scheduling of phone and internet installations for new and existing customers.
• Ordering, changing and cancellation of circuits from Vendors/Carriers.
• Interface with property management to schedule site surveys, cable/equipment installations and other building projects.
• Special Engineering Project Management, e.g. network expansion and setup.

Skills:

• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must have excellent communication skills, includes both written and verbal
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have flexibility and able to adjust to changing schedules and meet deadlines
• Works well in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Project Management experience in Service Provider/MSP/ISP Industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
