Restoration Resources, Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service/Office Administration team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers, performing all administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, customer satisfaction activities, detailed data entry, and general office duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and greet visitors.
Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL).
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
Create and maintain digital files for each job.
Monitor job file status.
Review and validate initial field documentation.
Track subcontractors used on job sites (dumpsters, Arslanian, etc.)
Perform general office administration duties.
Assist other departments, as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of office-related or administrative experience.
Experience in providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and other office software.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software.
