Job File Coordinator/ Estimator

Job Description: Perform job file related coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondences, filing and creating reports. Some fieldwork will be required for this role.
Responsibilities: Construction file coordination, creating budgets, inputting invoices into software, submitting invoices and change orders to clients for signature, job file documentation, job file communication and reporting, working with insurance carriers. Going out into the field to take accurate estimates from clients.
Qualifications: A minimum 2 years of construction experience is preferred. Bachelors degree required. Highly organized and detail oriented as well as team player is required for this role. Clean and valid driver’s license required.
