What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst 1 position at SES, Inc.?
SES, Inc. (SES) is looking for a new teammate to provide support to its varied client base. This entry-level position will primarily focus on investigating and reporting on complaints issued to the United States Department of Agriculture's National Organic Program. The broad and varied types of complaints received, precludes SES from targeting any single academic discipline; rather, it opens the search to candidates who are highly organized, can think analytically, as well as logically; and have a natural curiosity to find answers.
SES will provide training on the investigative process, associated federal regulations, and on the reporting framework. An investigation validates a complaint using thorough internet and social media research, coupled with telephone interviews. This information is compiled and developed into a short summary report of findings.
SES is looking for a highly organized person, who feels comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Because SES, Inc. is a consulting firm, its primary products are written materials, a successful candidate will also be comfortable developing written documents. SES provides mentoring on project management as well as technical writing.
SES offers a welcoming work environment, competitive salaries, and generous benefits. SES does not provide a hierarchical system of advancement, it provides the environment where advancement is based on individual merit and expansion of responsibilities.
