JOB OVERVIEW:
The GM will oversee the food and beverage program for 1,300 employees on-site, ranging from full breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to pop-up events, happy hours, and executive catering. In addition, there are several pantries onsite, a game room with snacks and kegerators, and guest food truck appearances. This is a fantastic role for someone who is creative and passionate about executing service flawlessly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience managing a restaurant team of frontline and managers.
- Financial acumen, experience with creating and managing budgets.
- Experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff.
- Innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost.
- Customer-driven and strong track record in organizational development.
- Superior client relations skills and executive presence.
- The ideal candidate has experience in catering/events, as well as high-volume cafes/restaurants.
- This individual should be extremely organized and adept at juggling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with employee engagement and continual training programs is also a plus.
- Accurate and timely reporting will also be a big component to this role and therefore diligent record keeping will be of utmost importance in the success of this position.

Salary: $111,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
