Licensed Telehealth Therapist - Maryland

Seven Starling is looking for an Independently Licensed Contract Clinical Therapist to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.

Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. • Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy
• Experience in providing mental health support to mothers during the perinatal period
• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual and group group therapy and serving prenatal and postpartum families
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting patients dealing with mental health challenges 
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
• Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions in a telehealth setting for patients experiencing common maternal mental health conditions
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Able to commit a minimum of 7-10 hours per week. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.

• Currently independently licensed as a counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in Maryland.
• Have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a telehealth setting
• Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
• Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
• Bilingual is a plus!

• Expectation of availability: at least 7-10 hours per week 
• Contract Role: Fully Flexible schedule
