- Provide supervision and guidance to a team of clinical professionals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide direct support and assistance to clinical staff as needed
- Utilize coding and medical terminology knowledge to ensure accurate documentation
- Implement behavior management strategies and techniques
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients as required
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive change in patients
- Apply principles of applied behavior analysis in clinical practice
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
- LiSW-S or LPCC-S required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of assessment techniques and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of behavior management strategies
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding practices
- Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
