NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges.
In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Full-time positions available on day shift (7am-3pm) and overnight shift (11pm-7am)!*
Retention Bonus of $2,000 offered to full-time DSP positions, upon eligibility!

Typical Daily Duties :
- Work one-on-one with adults with brain injury diagnosis.
- Provide supports within homelike community setting, helping adults of all abilities to strive.
- Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Nursing Team and Behavioral team members to ensure treatment plans are meeting participants needs
- Deliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities
- Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members
- This role is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job - it can work around your availability. We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, evening or weekends.
- Assist in the participant behavior management by using non-aggressive, de-escalation technique provided as part of our hands on training!

Job Requirements :
- Behavioral caregiver experience (preferred) but not required
- High school diploma
- Valid / clean driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- A good attitude with the ability to work both within a team and independently
- A caring & compassionate mind
Schedule :
- 8 hour shift - we are FLEXIBLE!
- Evening and night shifts
- Holidays - holiday shifts qualify for additional pay!
- Monday to Friday and every other weekend
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
