We are intentionally disrupting an industry which for too long has utilized antiquated workflows and software as our infrastructure continues to deteriorate and fail beneath us.

While our solutions leverage AI, at the end of the day, we enable people at utilities, services contracting firms, and engineering firms to more cost-effectively and more rapidly inspect, understand, and make critical decisions about our underground infrastructure.

About the position:

SewerAI just raised our series A from several industry leading venture capital firms including Emerald Ventures water fund and we are now looking for an admin and HR manager to help make our company run efficiently and be a great place to work. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual that is excited to contribute to a growing company that is helping to improve the world’s infrastructure and helping to clean up the environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Setup benefits for our nationwide organization.
  • Help with recruiting across our organization.
  • Manage new-hire onboarding process.
  • Help employees with expense reporting process.
  • Setup regular on-site and off-site company gatherings.
  • Assist with general project management.
  • Manage the Walnut Creek office including purchasing supplies, food and general errands.
  • Assist executive team as needed.
  • Help remote employees be as productive as possible.
  • Make SewerAI a great place to work.

Experience and skills:

  • 3 years managing HR and administration
  • Self starter with an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (slides, sheets, docs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
