What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Mark Technician position at Seyer Industries Inc.?
We are looking for a Part Mark Technician to perform material prep, finishing, and simple assembly operations.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, plannings, sketches for part mark prep and part mark operations.
- Set-up simple fixtures, stops, and other aids to facilitate operation.
- Perform in-process inspections on all parts and assemblies.
- Interface with Quality Assurance personnel regarding inspection criteria and results.
- Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS9100, for example).
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
