Description
We are seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team in Florida. This position will perform floor care and maintenance services throughout the areas of Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, and Brandon.
Hours will primarily be in the evenings/nights. Pay is up to $17 per hour depending on experience. Must have a valid DL and clean driving record - no violations in the last 3 years. A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities:
- May be required to perform the various types of services such as stripping and refinishing of finished and sealed floors/Top scrub and refinishing of finished and sealed floors/Clean carpets through the use of extraction
- techniques/Burnishes and polishes sealed, finished, stained, and polished hard surface floors.
- Must be proficient with various floor care machines such as self-contained carpet extractors/van mounted carpet extractors/electric floor buffer/ burnishers/ Walk behind and ride on auto scrubbers / Square Scrub or orbital floor scrubbing machines
- Follow all established safety precautions.
- Complete all jobs on time
- Performs other company duties when directed by supervision.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent work history and previous commercial floor care experience
- Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take direction
- The ability to work efficiently with attention to detail in a physically demanding/fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation
- A criminal background check may be required depending on location.
