- Manages and supports the Project Contracts, Procurement and materials personnel and their associated activities to execute the work in a manner that achieves the objectives of the Project Execution Strategy, Project Plan and Project Procurement and Materials Plan.
- Review of EPC / FEED Contract management procedures.
- Ensure comprehensive implementation of the EPC / FEED Contract Close-out procedures; Final Account, EPC / FEED Contract Closure Certificates, etc.
Qualifiche
- PMC experience desirable
- EPC/Construction/site experience desirable
- Experience with vendors documents, typical procurement processes (inquiry, MR, TBE, PO)
- Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects experience required
- Knowledge of typical deliverables sequence / identify critical deliverables of main disciplines
- Able to Identify critical activities in the first 90 days of EPC
- Knowledge of typical equipment basic specs in at least one of PE/PP, Cracker, OSBL
- Understanding the concept of Technical Authority (Company’s engineering technical authorities and owners of Company’s technical specifications)
- Understand the concept of the need to meet the Company’s internal specifications
- Knowledge of PMC’s typical procedures for deviation requests, technical queries,
- Understand typical roles & responsibilities in EPC projects (EPC contractors, TA, PMC, vendors, licensors)
- Leadership knowledge as well as conflict resolution, prioritizing work, liaising with a multidisciplinary team, liaising with technical authorities.
