Purpose of the Position:
The primary responsibilities of a Front Desk Manager include delivering superior customer service, leading, motivating, and training our Front Office team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office operations.
The ideal candidate must have a great attitude & interpersonal skill. Also, uphold professional working relationships with other team members and maintain composure while under stress.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, supervise and support front desk.
Create, organize, and maintain scheduling for all front office employees.
Assign tasks and ensure all front of house positions are covered for duration of shift.
Monitor stock and order office supplies.
Maintains office procedures and assists with administrative tasks.
Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
Receives the public and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate manager, co-worker, or department
Operates office machines and computers as required Duplicates and distributes materials as necessary
Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memorandum sales orders, estimates, bill of ladings, labels, and other material.
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
Ensure that programs regarding safety and security are always followed.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Specifications of the Position:
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Management and organizational skills to support the leadership of this function.
- Ability to follow or provide verbal & written instructions with enough grammar and spelling skills to avoid mistakes or misinterpretations.
- Interpersonal skills to support customer service, functional, and teammate support needs.
- Mathematical and/or analytical ability for basic to intermediate problem solving.
- Basic to intermediate computer operation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be available to work Monday thru Friday with Saturday availability.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Willing to take a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
