We're a nutritional supplement wholesaler looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented person who would enjoy working in a small, relaxed office environment.
Approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.
$17 /hr based upon experience

Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving orders placed through a variety of ordering channels (phone, email, fax, online ordering platforms)
- Accurately invoicing orders in QuickBooks for fulfillment
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers and resolve any questions, requests, or concerns
- Developing a knowledge of the company's product line in order to provide excellent customer assistance
- Maintaining accurate customer billing information and processing daily customer payments
- Assisting customers with order tracking and delivery information
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date customer files
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Prior QuickBooks experience preferred
- Prior invoicing or order entry experience preferred
- Pleasant and friendly telephone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry, typing and computer skills
- Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
