Job Posting for Order Entry and Customer Service Specialist at Shake This
We're a nutritional supplement wholesaler looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented person who would enjoy working in a small, relaxed office environment.
Approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM.
$17 /hr based upon experience

Responsibilities Include:
Receiving orders placed through a variety of ordering channels (phone, email, fax, online ordering platforms)
Accurately invoicing orders in QuickBooks for fulfillment
Handling incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers and resolve any questions, requests, or concerns
Developing a knowledge of the company's product line in order to provide excellent customer assistance
Maintaining accurate customer billing information and processing daily customer payments
Assisting customers with order tracking and delivery information
Maintaining organized and up-to-date customer files
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Prior QuickBooks experience preferred
Prior invoicing or order entry experience preferred
Pleasant and friendly telephone presence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong data entry, typing and computer skills
Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
