Location: Biddeford
Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations of our residential programs, ensuring the delivery of high quality services in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of support staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, promoting their independence, wellness, and recovery.
Coordinate with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive support to residents.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal and accreditation requirements.
Staff scheduling, training, and oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of psycho-social rehabilitation principles.
A minimum of three years experience of successful outpatient community-based mental health work & relevant B.A.
Supervisory experience and program management experience
Competence to work in areas of one to one counseling, group work, community outreach, mental health assessment, some experience in Dual Diagnosis (mental health & substance abuse), and a team approach to treatment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
