Job Detail:
Support of Resort computers and systems. Includes Help Desk support, computer hardware support, Resort software system support and Resort WiFi network support. Requires aptitude to interact directly with Resort staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner, diagnosing and resolving support issues, occasional cabling work, efficient use of support tools and travel.
Skills required:
High School Diploma, Technical courses in High School or beyond. Aptitude for technology, highly motivated work ethic.
Additional Notes:
Drivers license required, will use common hand tools and drills, saws and ladders. Some work will be around electrical devices both indoors and outdoors. Safety is top priority.
Position is a full time position (40 hours), some weekends and evening work will be required.
