**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service while supporting medical administrative functions.
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage phone systems, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate medical scheduling and follow-ups for patients
- Provide administrative support to medical staff in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage medical records accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
